Terms of Service

By accessing or using RenderSnap (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via the email address on your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any security measures.
• Resell access to the Service without a valid reseller agreement.
• Use automated bots to generate renders for commercial redistribution without our written consent.

You retain ownership of all content you upload (“User Content”). By uploading, you grant RenderSnap a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and render your content solely to provide the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content and will not use it for marketing without your explicit consent. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and render any content.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by RenderSnap and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If your payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is resolved.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenderSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
